Making A Purchase

Browse the Teddy4u online shop. It is preferable to register. Registered users can login at a later date to check the status of their orders, change preferences, and expedite future purchases. Please ensure you have entered your email address correctly.

By clicking the "add to cart" button - your item will be added to the shopping cart. You may edit your shopping in the one-page checkout.

Main category products can't be mixed with each other.

We accept debit/credit card payment from most cards including, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, JCB, Maestro. Card payments are handled securely by WorldPay. Bank transfer also accepted.

No Vat charge.

In the one-page checkout please confirm billing and delivery details, saving each part by clicking the "save" button.

Select the relevant regional delivery from the available shipping methods.

Select your preferred payment option, click that you agree to the terms and conditions and click the "place order" button.

If paying by credit or debit card enter your card details on the WorldPay payment page.

If an item is not in stock you will be given the option of selecting a substitute item, waiting until the item is in stock or cancelling your order.

Once your order has been received it will be processed on receipt of payment (and confirmed email proof for promotional items). If you have registered, you can also sign in to check the progress of your order, re-order, see previous orders and print out invoices. You will receive a Worldpay email transaction if paying by card and a Teddy4u invoice email upon completion of your order or should payment be made by bank transfer.

Wholesale Three: Republic/Northern Ireland Courier Delivery - £20.00

Delivery Wholesale One: 1 - 3 working days for all items in stock

Delivery Wholesale Three: 1 - 3 working days for all items in stock

Delivery Wholesale Two: 2 - 5 working days for all items in stock

Products from different main categories can't be mixed in the same order

Promotional Products

Courier: mainland England, Scotland, Wales - £12 with £35 added for originations costs.

Delivery: 15 working days upon receipt of confirmed artwork and payment for all items in stock.

Ordering: Promotional Products categories can't be mixed with other categories. Separate orders must be made for items in other categories.

Should an item not be in stock it could take a little longer. We will keep you informed.

We cannot take responsibility for any failure of the postal services to deliver an item in the specified time.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Or you can simply choose another item which is in stock.

Tax Charges

All orders made are free from VAT.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the WorldPay software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach their computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

If a wholesale order is incorrect or damaged please notify us promptly so the situation can be rectified.

The buyer shall become responsible for the goods when accepted from the carrier.

Sales are considered business to business.

Any returns without prior consent from Teddy4u will not be accepted.
