Making A Purchase

Browse the Teddy4u online shop, add your chosen items to the shopping basket by clicking the "add to basket" trolley icon - this will take you to the shopping basket. From here you can edit your shopping and go to checkout.

We accept debit/credit card payment in British Pounds and Euros, from most cards including Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, JCB, Solo, Maestro. We also accept payment by cheque and Bacs payment (both methods in British Pounds only).

In checkout select from the available shipping methods from the drop down box. Click the secure check out button which will take you to the secure order processing page powered by GlobeCharge where you can complete your details. Click next to go to the secure payment details page, select your preferred payment option, click send order and enter your card details on the WorldPay payment page if paying by card.

If paying by cheque (British Pounds only) print out the order receipt and post a copy of this (keep a copy for your records) together with your cheque payment. Once your cheque is cleared your order items will be posted to the delivery address. If paying by cheque or Bacs please check for stock availabilty before doing so. 

If an item is not in stock you will be given the option of selecting a substitute item, waiting until the item is in stock or cancelling your order.

If you pay by cheque or Bacs please check with Teddy4u that the stock is available and has been allocated to you before sending the payment by either of these 2 methods. This does not apply to credit/debit card payment.

Once your payment has been received you will receive an email of order receipt (PLEASE ENSURE YOU ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS CORRECTLY). Your order will be posted once all security checks have been passed. If card security isnt met you will be told the reasons and if not amended your card will be refunded. When your order has been shipped an email confirming this will be sent to you.

And discounted items to Mainland England, Wales and Scotland Delivery.

Retail Personalised Calendars - Royal Mail Special UK Delivery. Once your calendars order has been printed you will be emailed when your order has been sent out and you will receive it before 1pm next day to the UK from the working day of posting (personalised calendars are produced on a first come first served basis). Certain areas of the UK can take a little longer eg. more remote parts of Scotland.

Wholesale orders - UK Courier Delivery (1 to 3 working days delivery aim from working day of posting). Should an item not be in stock it could take a little longer. We will keep you informed. We cannot take responsibility for any failure of the postal services to deliver an item in the specified time.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Or you can simply choose another item which is in stock.

Tax Charges

All orders made are free from VAT.

Credit Card Security

 All credit card numbers are encrypted in the WorldPay software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach their computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee 

If a wholesale order is incorrect or damaged please notify us promptly so the situation can be rectified.

The buyer shall become responsible for the goods when accepted from the carrier.

Should an order be cancelled any refunds will be made subject to the deduction of any banking transaction charges and postage costs.

Personalised Calendars

Please note the following concerning personalised calendars:

Images

When sending digital images please check the images actually in the emails for pixelation (blockiness) when they are enlarged, as the images you send will be used. To avoid this the images need to be of adequate quality (varies between digital cameras). The printed result of your images are reproduced as interpreted here with the aid of software. Please note that colours and the density of images may vary to the original supplied but what is considered to be the most suitable reproduction for this printing process will be attained. The final result must be accepted - if you are ordering many calendars you could order a single calendar first to check the result. Teddy4u receives many repeat orders from satisfied customers.

Please note that there is a total size of 5mb per email so you may have to send you digital images on more than one email if too large, or you could compress the images using your camera software.

If you scan photos to email them digitally or place on a cd yourself please do so at 300dpi.

Any obvious red eye will be removed but we will not take responsibilty for any that are missed or deemed too difficult to remove. 

Images sent either digital by email or on cd by post must be legal, non-pornographic, are decent and non-defamatory, are not offensive or obscene, are not objectionable or harmful to (or which depicts harming) children, adults or animals in any way.

Please do not send images that depict nudity of any kind.

Any images on cd or photos sent to Teddy4u for the production of your calendar order will be returned with your order to the delivery address provided.

Your images remain your property and are not used for any other purpose than to produce your calendar order.

Once your calendar order has been printed all images used for the production of your calendar/s will be deleted.

Use of products and services

Please note that when you place a calendar order that you guarantee not to submit any image or use any of the products and services offered by Teddy4u that constitute, assist or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national, or international law.

Copyright

Please make sure that any images do not infringe any copyright or patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party.

Please note that you accept and undertake that you will be liable for any action taken against Teddy4u in relation to such activities and will fully indemnify Teddy4u against all actions, claims, demands or costs which may arise as a result.
