Personal Calendar Boxed Grid - Larger Image

Full colour A4 size page personal calendars with larger image £8.99 each (minimum order two calendars using same images) using your digital images or scanned photos (300dpi).

When sending digital images please check the images actually in the emails for pixelation (blockiness) when they are enlarged, as the images you send will be used. To avoid this the images need to be of adequate quality (varies between digital cameras) - as a guide do not send images of less than 300kb in size. The printed result of your images are reproduced as interpreted here with the aid of software. Please note that colours and the density of images may vary to the original supplied but what is considered to be the most suitable reproduction for this printing process will be attained. The final result must be accepted - if you are ordering many calendars you could order a single calendar first to check the result.

The calendars are wiro-bound with a hanging hook and are laser printed onto quality 160gsm light card and include a backing card. You can send an image for each of the 12 months and select one of these images or a 13th image to be used on the front cover. The Bank Holiday dates (England) are highlighted in magenta. Each calendar comes in its own clear plastic bag.

How to order

Name each of your emailed digital images or each digital image on cd according to it's month. If sending digital images by post include a copy of your receipt/s. If sending photographs for scanning please write each month lightly with non-smudge ink or pencil on the back of each photo.

Select the colour for the cover wording, month and year from the drop down box above.

Select an image for the cover using the 13th image or one of the 12 months from the drop down box above.

Select your start month from the drop down box above eg. January 2008 will run through to the end of December 2008 and if March 2008 is selected as the start month the calendar will run through to the end of February 2009 for example.

Select how you will send your images from the drop down box above.

Type in a caption for the front cover in the box at the top of this page.

Click on the trolley icon to add your calendar/s to basket.

Minimum order two calendars UK and Northern Ireland delivery only. Your digital images can be supplied portrait and landscape, colour and black & white.

How to send your digital images/scanned photos

Post your photographs for scanning or scanned photos/digital images on cd to the address provided on your receipt or find it here.

Email your digital images/scanned photos (300dpi) to images@teddy4u.co.uk. You will receive email confirmation that your images have been received. Please note that the total file size is limited to 5mb per email. This should be more than adequate to email your 13 digital images in one mailing. If you have trouble emailing your images you can send them in several emails (type your name and order number in the subject heading). You could also use your cameras image optimisation software to reduce the image size without reducing the quality adversely.

If you send photographs or images on cd by post these will be returned with your order to the delivery address provided.

It is appreciated that you have put effort into gathering your images etc. for your calendar which is why the only delivery options available for calendars is Special Delivery to the UK (including Northern Ireland).

Further discount's applied: 5% off orders of £80 to £150, 7.5% off orders of £150 to £300, 10% off orders of £300 to £500, 12.5% off orders of £500 to £750 and 15% off orders over £750.

Please note that there is a total size of 5mb per email so you may have to send you digital images on more than one email if too large, or you could compress the images using your camera software.

If you scan photos to email them digitally or place on a cd yourself please do so at 300dpi.

Any obvious red eye will be removed but we will not take responsibilty for any that are missed or deemed too difficult to remove.

Images sent either digital by email or on cd by post must be legal, non-pornographic, are decent and non-defamatory, are not offensive or obscene, are not objectionable or harmful to (or which depicts harming) children, adults or animals in any way.

Please do not send images that depict nudity of any kind.

Any images on cd or photos sent to Teddy4u for the production of your calendar order will be returned with your order to the delivery address provided.

Your images remain your property and are not used for any other purpose than to produce your calendar order.

Once your calendar order has been printed all images used for the production of your calendar/s will be deleted.

Use of products and services

Please note that when you place a calendar order that you guarantee not to submit any image or use any of the products and services offered by Teddy4u that constitute, assist or encourage a criminal offence, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national, or international law.

Please make sure that any images do not infringe any copyright or patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party.

Please note that you accept and undertake that you will be liable for any action taken against Teddy4u in relation to such activities and will fully indemnify Teddy4u against all actions, claims, demands or costs which may arise as a result.

Order & Delivery Information

There is no need to register and you dont have to be a trade purchaser, just use the site as any other online shop.

There are no minimum ordering requirements for discounted items, however a courier delivery charge of £12 to the UK and £25 to the Republic of Ireland applies no matter what size of order.

The discount soft toys sections can't be mixed.

For retail personalised calendars the minimum order is 2 calendars. Personalised Calendars delivered to the UK (including Northern Ireland) and to the Republic of Ireland.

Calendar orders can't be mixed with toys orders.

Payment by credit/debit card, cheque or BACS using the online shop or telephone.

All toys conform to European Safety standards.

Security is important to Teddy4u. Your orders are processed securely through GlobeCharge and WorldPay. When your order is being processed you will see the url begin with https and also a padlock icon will appear in the status bar.
